$50.00 per paper/ Crittenden
$75.00 per paper/ Caldwell, Lyon, Livingston, Webster and Union
$100.00 per paper/ Christian, Hopkins, McCracken, Henderson, Trigg, Marshall and Muhlenberg
*There will be an additional charge of $25 for all RUSH SERVICES.
*All emailed process services over 20 pages will be charged an additional $10 for printing.
All other Western Kentucky Counties not mentioned will be quoted on an individual basis.
